Oils for the hair

Oiling your hair can make it healthier and stronger. Oiling can prevent hair loss and dandruff. It hydrates and moisturizes the hair and eliminate dry, frizzy hair. You can use any typ of oil but avoid miineral oil. Mineral coats the hair shaft and locks out moisture. So what types of oil can you use and what are the benefits?

Jojoba Oil
Jojoba oil is said to be extremely good for hair with problems and damage. It is respected for its healing and moisturizing abilities. It is an oil that is similar to the natural oil your scalp produces called sebum. Jojoba Oil is said to be a great oil to leave in hair overnight

Almond Oil
Almond oil is a rich in vitamin E and contain essential minerals such as magnesium, calicum, and high in fat.
Almond Oil is said to nourishes hair, smooths hair cuticles, makes hair long - strong and thicker, adds shine to the hair and slows shedding

Alma Oil
Alma Oil enriches hair growth. It prevents premature graying, get rids you of dandruff, stronger hair, stops shedding, prevents split ends.

Castor Oil
Castor oil softens the hair and help thicken hair overtime. It is very heavy and it feels like it is coating the hair.

Rosemary Oil
Rosemary has been shown to promote increased circulation as well as help remove dandruff. Rosemary oil nourishes the scalp. Stimulates blood flow of scalp. Never apply directly to scalp always mix with other oils.

Peppermint Oil

Coconut oil
Softens the hair and conditions the scalp. Using the coconut oil as a pre-poo can eliminate dandruff better than a medicated shampoo.

Avocado oil
Avocado oil is rich in proteins, amino acids, vitamins A, D and E. It adds moisture and give you soft, silky hair.

Grapeseed oil
Grapeseed oil is a light that won't weight your hair down. It stimulate hair growth and it can lead to healtier hair.

Vitamin E oil
Vitamin E helps to improve circulation in the scalp and is beneficial for hair health and growth. If you apply it daily your hair will be bouncy and you will experience less breakage.
